In allrecipes.com there are loads of kid-friendly recipes that don't only look good, we bet they all taste real good too! We loved this one:
CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In another bowl, combine the egg, oil, yogurt and vanilla. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips.
4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

Aww That is such a cutie....do keep him rolled up in the chilling this season, get baby slings or something if you want his safety !
